Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Aaron brings 17 years of experience helping companies to strengthen critical businesses, develop brands and strategic partnerships, and accelerate earnings growth. His experience spans technology, manufacturing & industrials, healthcare & life sciences, energy & utilities, consumer packaged goods, and government/public sector.

Prior to founding TwinForge, Aaron served as Senior Director of global strategy and sales partnerships for Microsoft's $30 billion Government, Defense, and Public Sector business. Before Microsoft, Aaron held senior strategy and operating roles at 3M, overseeing sales operations for a $2 billion Industrial business across the United States.

Aaron began his career in strategy consulting in Asia, advising US and European Fortune 500 clients on market entry, growth strategy, and partnerships in ASEAN and China. As Country Director in Vietnam for Vriens & Partners, he grew a startup country subsidiary from a loss-maker into the firm's largest and most profitable business in the region.

Aaron received an M.B.A. in Marketing & Strategy from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, San Diego. He brings a builder's orientation to every business he partners with: data-driven, growth-focused, and grounded in the daily work of operating.

Said AlSalah

Co-Founder & Partner

Said is a senior operator with a proven track record of launching and scaling new businesses, products, and partnerships from the ground up, with experience spanning Technology, Manufacturing & Industrials, and Commercial Real Estate.

Most recently, Said led programs, operations, and channel partnerships at Amazon's Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment business, where he scaled a partner ecosystem from a localized pilot into a network of more than 1,200 partners and built the channel programs, incentives, and operating mechanisms behind it. Before Amazon, Said spent five years at 3M, first as a corporate strategist shaping the company's technology and innovation roadmap, then as a Senior Product Manager leading product strategy and go-to-market for a new multi-million-dollar SaaS platform across the U.S. and Canada. Earlier in his career, Said managed a $45 million commercial real estate development portfolio across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, overseeing design, financing, construction, and leasing.

Said holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He brings an operator's instinct to every business he partners with: customer-obsessed, growth-minded, and fluent in turning new ideas into scaled, repeatable programs.
